Training content

With the i.a.c. Open Water Diver you have received your ticket as a diver for the underwater world. In the i.a. c. Advanced Open Water Diver course, you will further develop the diving skills you have learned up to this point. You will complete three specialties (navigation and deep diving + another specialty of your choice). The skills you learn will make diving even safer and more interesting.

Theoreticaltraining

In this course, you will become familiar with the principles of underwater navigation (specialty navigation) and diving deeper than 20 meters (specialty deep diving). You will also gain additional experience by completing at least one other specialty course of your choice.

Practicaltraining

  • Completing the Navigation specialty
  • Completion of the Specialty Deep Diving
  • Completion of a further specialty of your choice

Overview

Together with a dive buddy at your side, you can now also dive into deeper waters. Of course, after completing the AOWD course, there are countless specialties available to you in our course program.

Prerequisites

At the start of the course:

  • Minimum age 15 years
  • Proof of health status
  • Proof of Open Water Diver or comparable
  • For minors, a declaration of consent from a parent or legal guardian is required
