Training content
This beginner’s course is suitable for all those who want to get to know the underwater world in a quieter way or simply get to know freediving. Participants will be familiarized with the basics in theory and practice for freediving.
Theoretical training
- Freediving safety rules
- Medicine (breathing technique, blackout, pressure equalization, barotrauma, rescue chain, etc.)
- Diving physics (pressure & volume)
- Training methods (conventional methods, mental exercises)
- Breath relaxation technique
- Practice/securing technique (lanyard)

- Equipment
Practical training
- Adjusting equipment in the swimming pool and open water
- 60 seconds time dive
- 25m distance diving
- 5 – 10m deep diving
