TEC Advanced Nitrox CCR

You will be trained in the theory and practice of decompression diving with your CCR.

Training content

The TEC Advanced Nitrox CCR course focuses on individual errors without time limits and on decompression dives that require you to either solve the problem confidently on the CCR in the event of error messages or equipment failures, or to end the dive safely with the help of the bail-out gas. Depending on the type of CCR, different types of decompression procedures are also practiced during the ascent. All basic exercises are improved or taken to the next level.

Training objectives

  • Problem solving, stationary and in motion
  • Solutions to individual errors with a slight time limit
  • Intensification of the basic training
  • Introduction to decompression diving with nitrox mixtures
  • Making training measurable, entry into Deko TEC training
Limit after successful course completion
  • Maximum depth 40 meters
  • Maximum 30 minutes decoration

Prerequisites

At the start of the course:

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Proof of health status, not older than 2 years
  • Proof of i.a.c. TEC Fundamental CCR or comparable, according to current i.a.c. equivalence list
  • Electronic logbook proof of at least 40 CCR diving hours, 20 of which must be deeper than 20 meters
