Our i.a.c. Freediving program is characterized by its modular structure with 9 sections. The individual modules can be completed at any active and approved instructor training center.

TRAINING CONTENT

The teaching of theoretical and practical content for advanced courses is not only more extensive, the demands on you as an instructor are also increasing.

Through active training, you will gain confidence in your presentation style as well as professional competence and learn to respond individually to your students. Through your activities as an instructor, your eye for error analysis will become increasingly sharpened and your already extensive knowledge will be consolidated. You are now able to provide simple explanations for complex questions and support your candidates not only as an instructor, but also as a mentor.

Prerequisites

At the start of the course:

  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Proof of health status
  • Proof of Freediving Instructor or comparable
  • Valid instructor liability insurance
  • At least 50 issued Freediver Certifications or
  • Proof of at least 25 Freediver Certifications and obtaining the certification for the specialties Deep Freediving and Advanced Pool Training
  • Proof of Specialty Advanced First Aid or comparable, not older than one year
