Training content

With an i.a.c. instructor at your side, you will learn the basics of diving.

You will gain an insight into the fascinating world under water. These are your first fin strokes under professional guidance with full diving equipment!

In a theoretical introduction, you will learn the most important basics of diving. Topics such as pressure equalization, underwater signs and the handling of your diving equipment will be taught to you in a relaxed atmosphere by experienced instructors.

Prerequisites

At the start of the course:

  • Minimum age 8 years
  • Proof of swimming ability
  • Proof of health status
