Trimix Light OC

This course extends the TEC Advanced Nitrox training.

Training content

The difference to TEC Advanced Nitrox is that, in addition to using Nitrox down to a depth of 40 m, you can also dive with a light trimix mixture down to a depth of 50 m.

After an additional theory unit on the subject of Trimix Light, the last training dive is carried out with such a light trimix mixture to a maximum depth of 50 meters.

The Trimix Light course is an advanced training for divers with redundant basic gas and a decompression gas of up to 100% oxygen. The maximum decompression time including ascent (TTS) must not exceed 30 minutes. Please note that if the decompression gas is lost, the ascent and decompression time can be carried out on the base gas. The maximum oxygen partial pressures for the base gas are 1.4 bar PO₂ and for the decompression gas 1.6 bar PO₂. The equivalent narcotic depth (END) of the base gas must be between 3.2 and 3.6 PN₂. The dives are carried out at depths of up to 50 m.
