TEC Advanced Nitrox OC

The TEC Advanced Nitrox course is an advanced Nitrox training based on redundant base gas and a deco gas.

Training content

In different modules the knowledge about the equipment, the understanding of decompression dives with Nitrox mixtures as well as the basic training is brought to a better level. In contrast to the TEC Fundamental, some exercises have a time limit and must be completed on the move or during the ascent.

TEC theory and water training are improved step by step and trained more intensively. In technical diving, training must be made measurable so that you can improve your individual TEC training.

  • Problem solving stationary and in motion
  • Solutions to individual errors with a slight time limit
  • Intensification of the basic training
  • Introduction to decompression diving with nitrox mixtures
  • Making training measurable, entry into Deko TEC training
Limit after successful course completion
  • Maximum depth 40 meters
  • Maximum 30 minutes decoration

Prerequisites

At the start of the course:

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Proof of health status, not older than 2 years
  • Proof of i.a.c. TEC Fundamental OC or comparable, according to current i.a.c. equivalence list
  • Logbook proof of at least 50 logged dives, 20 of which must be deeper than 20 meters
