Nitrox Advanced

This course prepares you for mandatory decompression dives with a decompression gas.

Training content

The Nitrox Advanced course is a diving course for experienced divers who want to expand their knowledge and skills in the area of technical and basic decompression diving. Participants should have already completed the TEC Basic course to ensure that they have understood and mastered the basics of TEC diving.

Training objectives

  • Problem solving stationary and in motion
  • Solving individual errors
  • Intensification of the basic training
  • Introduction to decompression diving with nitrox mixtures
Limit after successful course completion
  • Maximum depth 40 meters
  • maximum 15 minutes decoration

Prerequisites

At the start of the course:

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Proof of health status, not older than 2 years
  • Proof of i.a.c. TEC Basic or comparable, according to current i.a.c. equivalence list
  • Logbook proof of at least 40 dives
