      This Dive Center meets the following specifications.

      The highest diving center in Europe – the Alpenaquarium Grüblsee – welcomes you. Nestled in the Styrian mountains, you will find clear water and cuddly fish that you can even pet and feed by hand. Large sturgeons will also cross your path up close. An ideal diving destination for beginners, children and advanced divers, as well as underwater photographers!

      Base

      The Alpenaquarium Grüblsee diving center offers you every service you need. There is of course the possibility to have tanks filled, as well as to rent complete diving equipment.

      As an i.a.c./CMAS instructor training center, the base offers all training options, from trial dives to countless courses to diving instructors. There is a lot to see underwater here, especially for children, from the "petting zoo" to the underwater adventure garden with exciting figures. The diving depth of nine meters is also ideal!

      Living

      The cozy apartments at Alpenaquarium Grüblsee are just a few minutes' drive from the nearest village. Modern and equipped with a kitchen, you can decide for yourself whether you would like to cook in the evening or would prefer to be spoiled with culinary delicacies in the small inn by the lake.
      Whether two, three or four people or a whole group, there is something for everyone here. Individual requirements can be catered for by telephone or e-mail.

      Diving

      Access to the lake area of the Alpenaquarium Grüblsee - the highest diving center in Europe - is possible via a short gravel road. It is essential to register with the diving center in advance. This can be done by telephone or e-mail.
      OWD Certification is sufficient for independent diving. Trial diving courses, open water courses and advanced training courses, such as mountain lake diving, as well as many others can be booked.

      Equipment rental from tanks to weights to complete equipment is possible at any time by prior arrangement. The dive center's own dive store offers the opportunity to purchase your own diving equipment.

      Excellent food and drink is available directly at the diving center. So nothing stands in the way of a comfortable diving experience with full service.
